Macarons de Melbourne
La Belle Miette is a small French patisserie specialising in macarons. We have three locations – 30 Hardware Lane, Melbourne, 432 Church Street, Richmond and a pop-up kiosk at Chadstone Shopping Centre.
La Belle Miette means the “beautiful crumb” or, more broadly, “beautiful small thing”. We specialise in small delights.
To complement our belles miettes, we also stock tea from Mariage Frères and artisanal lemonade by Hansi of Alsace.

La belle miette by far, produce the best macarons I have yet tasted. They’re so deliciously crispy (without being dry, of course) with the perfect amount of fluffiness on the inside
I study just down the road from hardware lane so it’s quite easy to find myself at the counter of these outstanding delights, in their lovely rows daily! I’m slowly becoming addicted to these special macarons! I can’t even pick a favorite as they all have their inidividual little attributes to send you to Macaron heaven 
All this talk about the perfect little wonders make me want one! Can’t wait for tomorrow

One of the best macaroons that i have ever had, including those experienced in Paris! The delicate crust and soft, airy texture of the biscuit followed by the smooth creamy filling.. Soo good, the blueberry just equisite. Love your work! I will be back soon!

Had the pleasure of visiting your beautiful store today. Had planned on
trying one Macaron, instead bought 10 macarons. Once I started, couldn’t stop. Not ashamed to say , ate 6 . I was pressured to give the remaining 4 to friends : ( Beautiful, devine and delicious macarons. Love each and everyone I ate. Will be back for sure. I brought my kids in for our very first macarons and now I can’t even bring myself to compare others. They were exquisite! My favorite is the violet and blueberry but when I sampled the raspberry one I felt like I was eating straight from the jam jar! Awesome!

I have been to this shop twice and every time the macaroon have been so mouth watering, i just love them so much, every time i go to Melbourne i always ask if we can go there, but the line is so long but it is worth the wait for the beautiful little yummy things. I want to make them but they wont be as perfect as theses ones in the store.

When ever one of my work mates goes to Melbourne (from the Hunter Valley) I always ask him to bring me back some Macaroons…. Much to my suprise he presented me with the beautiful box and I knew straight away that I had to be in for a wonderful surprise….. I think I nailed twelve Macaroons in half an hour!!! Delicious

These macaroons were fergalicious. They are the best, better than te macaroons made in their origin, France.
